Here’s a compilation of a few important letters written by GCPBA in support and opposition of various subjects important to the private boating community as well as responses from government agencies.
The NPS made a rule that prohibited the stowing of motors. GCPBA appealed the rule. The NPS subsequently lifted the prohibition. GCPBA offered the proposed wording which was incorporated into the regs. Request Letter and response
