This study was initiated as a result of the Hualapai reasserting their claim that the reservation’s boundary extents to the middle of river. The solicitor general’s finding is that the Park’s boundary extends to the “high water mark” – which is undefined. GCPBA undertook an engineering study to define its location. The study took 6 months and was presented to Park Law Enforcement and Permit Office personnel. Here’s the report
