The Waitlist was a newsletter published by GCPBA covering topics of interest to the private boating community.  Please take time to read a few of the articles if not all.  Be patient, many are very large pdf files and will take time to load.  Be assured it’s worth the wait!  Last but not least, River News is a pdf file that combines all the editions.  The latter was a successor to the Waitlist.
